Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made and laser engraved to order.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Custom products are made specifically for you based on the information you provide.

- Variations in engraving placement, depth, color, or material appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

- Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Proofs & Design Approval

If a proof or mockup is provided:

- It is your responsibility to review all details (spelling, layout, sizing, orientation).

- Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to proceed.Etched Company is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

- If no proof is requested or provided, production will proceed based on the order details submitted.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

- Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Issues must be reported within [48–72] hours of delivery.

- Normal wear, minor variations, or customer-approved design errors are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

Processing times vary depending on product and order volume. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property & Customer Content

You retain ownership of any designs, logos, or text you submit for engraving.

By submitting content, you represent that:

- You own the rights or have permission to use the content.

- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

- You agree to indemnify and hold Etched Company harmless from any claims related to submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services:

- For unlawful purposes

- To violate intellectual property rights

- To transmit malicious code

- To harass, abuse, or discriminate

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
