Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order.
- Standard processing time is 3-5 business days after order placement or proof approval (if applicable).
- Processing times may increase during peak seasons, promotions, or for large/bulk orders.
- Orders are not considered shipped until they have been handed off to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

- We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include photos of the packaging and item
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact the carrier directly first
- We will assist where possible but are not responsible for stolen packages
International Shipping
