What is your return policy?

Custom-engraved item sales are final once the product is personalized and delivered as described. Because each piece is uniquely made just for you, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. We really want you to love your item so if there is any issue at all don't hesitate to reach out.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to personalize and engrave your item. After that, shipping times vary based on your location, but we will provide tracking so you can follow your orders journey. Can I see a proof of my design before it is engraved?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide a digital proof for you to approve before we start engraving. First proof is free, any additional proofs are subject to a small service fee.

What types materials can you engrave on?

We can engrave on a wide range of materials including common metals, powder coated metal, wood, glass, leather, acrylic, and some plastics. If you have a specific item or material in mind, please reach out and we will let you know if it is something that we can engrave.
