Custom & Personalized Products
Because most of our products are custom made and laser engraved to order, all custom and personalized items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Customer-provided spelling or design errors
- Approved proofs or mockups
- Minor variations in engraving placement, depth, color, or material
- Change of mind after production has started
Proof Approval
If a proof or mockup is provided:
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approval
- Approval constitutes authorization to produce the item
- Etched Company is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
If no proof is requested or provided, production will proceed based on the order details submitted.
Eligible Issues (We’ll Make It Right)
We will gladly replace or refund an item if:
- The wrong item was produced
- The engraving does not match the approved proof
- The item arrives damaged or defective
Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Resolution
To report an issue, please email sales@etchedcompany.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may void eligibility.
Resolution Options
At our discretion, eligible issues may be resolved by:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
Refunds, if approved, are issued once the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for orders that comply with our policies may result in refusal of future service.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
